Sign in with Passkey

Skip the OTP entirely. Set up a passkey once on your phone or laptop and sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN on every visit after that. It's faster and safer than typing in a code, and your passkey never leaves your device. Manage your passkeys from your account settings. Each device can have its own passkey, and OTP is always available as a fallback.

Self Declaration

A dedicated module to capture each member's annual income declaration. View declarations year-on-year per member, edit on their behalf when needed, and use the data to drive subscription tiers. Need to onboard a stack of declarations at once? A built-in Excel import handles up to 500 rows in one click, with template download, preview, and clean handling of overwrites.

Contra (Inter-Account Transfer)

A dedicated screen for moving money between cash and bank accounts. Records both sides of the transfer in one step, keeps your books balanced, and stays out of your Profit & Loss automatically — no more workaround journals or matching offsets at month-end. Cancel one leg and the matching one cancels with it, so your records always stay in sync.

Bulk Receipt & Payment Import

Recording a stack of receipts or payments? Download the template, fill it in, preview the rows, and import them all at once. Transaction numbers are assigned in order — no manual numbering, no gaps. Same flow on both the receipt and payment screens — learn it once, use it for both. A real time-saver during month-end closes.

Safer Sign-In
We've quietly tightened how we recognise you when you sign in. Login codes time out sooner if unused, and your active session can't be picked up and used by anyone else. You'll never see this working — it's just there every time you open the app.
Smarter Limits on Repeated Sign-In Attempts
If someone keeps trying to sign in with your phone number, we now stop them sooner. Genuine users won't notice anything different.
No More Surprise Sign-Outs
A patchy Wi-Fi connection or a brief network drop won't sign you out anymore. The app waits and recovers in the background, so you can keep working.
Private by Default
When you sign in, only the information your dashboard actually needs is sent to your browser. Behind-the-scenes details stay where they belong — on the server.
Trial Balance — Opening & Closing Balances
Trial Balance now shows opening and closing balance summary rows for every account, alongside the totals. Excel and PDF exports include them too.
Receipts & Payments — Orphan Ledgers
Ledgers not assigned to any group now show up under a "Non-Group Ledgers" row instead of being silently left out of the report.
Auction — Excel Export
Both Auction Event View and Auction Member View now have a one-click Excel export with formatted tables, column widths, and consistent file naming.
Receipt & Payment PDFs
Refined header layout, cleaner date positioning, and signatures that flow inline with the document instead of getting orphaned on the last page. PDFs always reflect your most recent edit.
Service Register — Cash Denomination Counter
When recording offertory cash, you can now break it down note by note. Enter how many notes of each value, and the system tallies the total and flags any mismatch with your declared amount instantly — so you catch miscounts before saving.

Receipt PDFs Always Fresh After Edit
Edited a transaction and the downloaded PDF still showed old details? Fixed — your PDF always reflects the latest version.
Saving Transactions at the Same Time
When two users save a transaction at the same moment, both entries now go through smoothly with their own receipt numbers — no more error messages during busy collection drives.
