Voting Module

Decide who can vote in your parish elections, and show every member exactly why they qualify or don't. Pre-built templates for common denomination rules, side-by-side dual-eligibility view (voter vs. contestant), per-rule pass/fail breakdown with plain-English reasons, and a one-click Excel export of your eligible roll. Members see their own status on the member-detail screen, so questions get answered before they reach you.

Audit Trail

A complete, tamper-evident record of every important action across the system: who changed what, when, and from where. Filter by date, user, or module; expand any row to see exactly which fields moved and what they used to be. Real-time WhatsApp alerts for critical changes, a weekly digest PDF that lands in your inbox every Sunday, and a chain-integrity verifier that can prove the log itself hasn't been touched.

Smarter Self Declaration

Pick a member while filling a new declaration and the form prefills itself, from the most recent previous year if one exists, or from the member's current values if not. Got two or more years on file? An inline picker lets you choose which year to seed from. Side-by-side compare across financial years, per-FY submission deadlines configured from settings, and any change to subscription type, baptism, or confirmation flows automatically into the member record.

Choose Where You Land

A dropdown on the OTP / passkey screen lets you pick where to land after login: Dashboard, Special Dates, Receipt list, Add Receipt, Member Report, and seven more. The choice is remembered between logins, so the screen you use first opens straight away. The list covers what admins reach for daily: list views like Receipt Transaction and Service Register, quick-entry shortcuts like Add Receipt and Add Payment, and reports like Member Report and Receipts & Payments.

Dashboard: Faster & Smoother
Quick Actions, page scroll, and menu scroll all snap instantly. Behind the scenes we moved expensive activity tracking outside the change-detection cycle and tightened how sidebar scroll re-renders the menu.
Webapp Cache System
A multi-layer cache (memory + IndexedDB) now sits in front of every list endpoint. Switching between churches stays instant for super-admins, list screens come back warm after a refresh, and stale data invalidates the moment you change anything.
Receipt Bulk Import: Grouped Per Row
The receipt importer now groups a row's ledgers under one receipt rather than splitting them. Pair it with the new ledger-grouping helper to mirror your physical receipt book exactly.
Service Register: Per-Ledger Breakdown
Service Register PDFs now show a clean per-ledger amount table, the list sorts newest transaction number first, and Excel exports use ledger short codes for tighter columns. Weekly digest no longer mislabels offertory ledgers as "Cash".
Family Member Quick Delete
An action column on the family-members table lets you remove a dependent in two clicks, with confirmation. Useful when a wrong dependent was added and needs to be cleared without going through the full edit flow.
Anniversary Sync to Spouse
Editing an anniversary on either spouse now prompts to sync the same date onto the other. Catches the typo-of-one-day cases that used to surface as duplicate anniversary cards.
Subscription Card: Per-Member Sections in Exports
Excel and PDF exports of the subscription card now render each family member in their own section with subtotals, instead of one mixed list. Matches how the on-screen view groups them.

Family Receipt PDF: Multi-Page Header / Footer
Long family receipts that ran past one page were overlapping the header and footer on subsequent pages. Now flows cleanly across any number of pages.
Membership Badge: Consistent Short-Form Across the App
Membership type badges were rendering full-form in some places ("Communicant") and short-form in others ("COMM"). Unified to all-caps short-form everywhere: list, view, family, exports.
